We got a late start to our New Year's celebration, so Jason got to grill burgers in the dark, but they were totally worth it - so yummy!
While Daddy was grilling, Mollee was working in her new office set up in the garage (that girl is always up to something.
We are a root beer lovin' family, so I bought bottled root beer for our celebration. Kids with glass bottles leads to a lot of bottle clanking!
There was a lot of Dance 4 going on - and cracking me up. Got video this time!

Then we moved on to games - longest game of Rumikub EVER!
At 11:30, we moved to Mommy and Daddy's bed to watch the ball drop. Not sure the kids have ever stayed up for the new year? Jason would request I not try to continue to be the best-mom-ever and let them participate in everything, just to make memories. :) Daegan and Mollee loved it! Tavis and Mac kept asking to go to bed, but didn't want to miss anything. Capps seemed indifferent, not so sure about messing up his schedule?

And everyone in bed by 12:10.
(And then they slept in until 10:00 - that was nice)
