This has been a terrible few months of fires in our area. Between the Lookout Mtn and Signal Mtn fires, and then the Gatlinburg fires, it has been pretty bad. We are in a severe drought so there has been a strict burn ban for many months (right when we finally built a burn pile).
The ban was lift, so we raked and burned leaves today.
Thankfully, Daegan is a work horse and was able to do a lot of the heavy lifting.
