Officer's Training

I worked my tail off this week to help Pastor Pirschel prepare for Officer's Training. He was teaching a seminar this weekend for all of our Elders and Deacons (about 50 men) to discuss the church's vision. Being Executive Assistant to the Pastor, I got to prepare outlines and play "hostess".

I fed them barbecue on Friday night, muffins, fruit, and coffee for breakfast, and sub sandwiches for lunch on Saturday. Tavis helped me Friday night and Mollee helped me on Saturday. I was exhausted, but I would call the weekend a success.
